At Canary Cycles we understand that ordering a bicycle and bike gear can be a bit of a leap of faith. We want to set your mid at ease and make your shopping experience as easy as possible. That extends to our Return/Exchange process. If you find that you need to return or exchange merchandise purchased through Canary Cycles, please follow the guidelines and instructions listed below and your return/exchange will be processed in a timely manner.
30 Day New and Unused Merchandise Returns
Any Warranty items must include original proof of purchase
All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all parts, original tags, and packaging materials within 30 days of purchase.
Used items will not be accepted by Canary Cycles and will be shipped back to you AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Clothing items must be unworn and have all hang tags attached.
There is absolutely no returns on used complete bicycles
Wheels or tires must not be ridden.
Tires, tubular or clincher, must not be mounted or glued.
All Special Order sales are final and will not be accepted for return or exchange unless defective or damaged. A Special Order is an item that Canary Cycles does not actively stock or sell and we went out of our way to get it from a distributor for a customer.
Canary Cycles will only accept returns or exchanges with valid return authorization numbers clearly marked on the outside of packages. Items not returned with valid numbers on the packaging will not be accepted by Canary Cycles and will be shipped back to you AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Canary Cycles will not refund any shipping costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and any loss by incurred a shipping service
Upon receipt of your return, Canary Cycles will notify you of the receipt via email and will work to process the return or exchange as quickly as possible. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your statement.

Customers are now permitted inside the store again. Maximum 3 bubbles/ 5 people inside the a once.
Customers can also arrange curbside pick-up of orders . We are still doing repairs (via appointment only., no random drop offs please)
NOTE to mainlanders **** Due to multiple High Value Orders getting damaged/Lost recently. We are not shipping any bikes at this time. Sorry, Local purchases only for bikes. ****
